Alliance Financing Group enters new multi-year agreement with Ingram Micro for Canadian Leasing Program

Toronto - February 28, 2005

Toronto – February 28, 2005 – Alliance Financing Group Inc. (TSX-V:AFG) announced today that it has extended its relationship with Ingram Micro Inc. (NYSE:IM) by entering into a new multiyear agreement to provide business leasing solutions through the Ingram Micro Preferred Leasing program for Canada.

Launched in 2002, the Ingram Micro Preferred Leasing program is available to Ingram Micro’s resellers across Canada and offers flexible financing options for resellers and their business customers.
